Why Davion

The case for more frequent screening.

Thermography isn't new. What's new is making it accessible, affordable, and personal.

Our mission

No woman should wait three years for awareness.

In the US, screening mammograms typically start at age 40 and are recommended annually or every other year through at least age 74. Women under 40 with a family history are often advised to begin earlier, sometimes with supplemental MRI.

Roughly 80% of women 50–74 are up to date on mammograms (past 2 years), per 2023 CDC data. For the 40–49 group, it's lower — about 62%. Uninsured women lag well behind: only about 50% screened vs. 72% of those with Medicaid/public insurance, and rural women screen less than urban women.

Thermography vs mammogram

Heat speaks before lumps form.

Thermography reads subtle temperature patterns linked to changes in tissue. It complements your mammogram — it doesn't replace it.

  • No radiation. Safe to use every six months, without compromise.
  • No compression. Comfortable, painless, and private.
  • Pattern comparison. Your second scan is more useful than your first.
